NX X Window selection with "Feature Curves"Curve Rule.

Individual selection of "Basic Curves" is not possible by setting curve rule to "Feature Curves".
However, it was possible to select by Rectangle selection.
Could you tell us the reason why "Basic curves" could be selected?

Solution

"Basic Curves" cannot be selected by setting the curve rule to "Feature Curves" - This is because "Basic Curves" is not a feature.


Rectangular selection does not honor selection intent rule and it always create single rule for collected entities (curve, face etc). So for featureless curves it honors single curve rule.
