Solid Edge Supported operating systems for ST10 License Manager

The Solid Edge ST10 readme file states the following regarding supported operating system for the License Manager

FlexNet Publisher 2016 (11.14.0) supports the following: 

• Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit) 
• Windows 8 (32-bit or 64-bit) 
• Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit or 64-bit) 
• Windows Vista Ultimate (32-bit or 64-bit) 
• Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 (64-bit), or Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit) 

This is incorrect.  What operating systems does the License Manager support? 

The Solid Edge ST10 license manager is 64-bit only and supports the following operating systems:

• Windows 10 (64-bit) 
• Windows 8.1 (64-bit) 
• Windows 8 (64-bit) 
• Windows 7 (64-bit) 
• Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) 
• Windows Server 2012 (64-bit)
• Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)
