Customer is not able to login into Cloud Licensing.
Cloud Gateway shows error message "There was a problem connecting to the internet."
All users could browse and use emails, so Internet connection is working.
Solution
This behaviour is solved in ST9 MP8 and above, and ST10.
Therefore installing an appropriate Maintenance Pack will solve this problem.
