Solution -Access the License server machine .
-Check if the LAN card for which the Composite ID has been registered has been enabled.
-Check Firewall/Antivirus on the License Server and add the lmgrd.exe, lmtools.exe, ugslmd.exe and the license file port number into the exceptions of the Firewall
-Check whether the license server system can be "telnet" using the license file port number from the client system
Once the license server and the client system communication is established, the client will get the licenses from the license server
