Solid Edge License Manager Operating System Information
FlexNet Publisher 2016 (11.14.0) supports the following:
• Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit)
• Windows 8 (32-bit or 64-bit)
• Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit or 64-bit)
• Windows Vista Ultimate (32-bit or 64-bit)
• Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 (64-bit), or Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)

Per the above information, searched for Solid Edge License Manager (32 bit & 64) types in the Solid Edge setups and found only 64 bit types
Solution
License Manager was converted to 64bit (will not install on 32bit OS) in ST9. Nothing to do from the setup. Readme need to be updated removing references to 32bit OSs.
