Even after exiting the relevant application of NX, the licensing feature that belongs to a specific bundle are not released
Solution
As per design, there are some specific bundles referred as "Sticky bundles".
As the name suggests, the licensing features in a sticky bundle will not be released automatically even if the user moves to other irrelevant application.
To release the license of a Sticky bundle, the user has to exit NX or manually check in the license.
