If using both UGSLMD and TECNO license servers for RealNC and MachineConfigurator, error(s) in license server logs may occur.
Solution
RealNC uses only the TECNO daemon for licensing. MachineConfigurator will work with both TECNO and UGSLMD daemons.
MachineConfigurator always checks the UGSLMD daemon first. If no license is found, the equivalent license of the TECNO server is requested.
MachineConfigurator requests 'NX32405 nx_mc_basic' or 'NX32406 nx_mc_full' from the UGSLMD license daemon.
If the license daemon is TECNO, the check is for 'TN11002C REALNC_MACHINECONFIG_BASE' or 'TN11538C REALNC_MACHINECONFIG_ADV'.
Note that MachineConfigurator first checks for the development internal license REALNC_MACHINECONFIG_EXP. This check should always fail for customers, as it is internal only.
Requests for 'REALNC_MACHINECONFIG_???' will fail always for requests to UGSLMD server. And requests for 'n_mc_???' will always fail for requests to TECNO server.
Since MachineConfigurator checks for all licenses from all servers, the server logs may contain errors even though MachineConfigurator was able to get a license.
