How to update new Holes added to the model in the Hole Table.
Solution
As it mentioned in the NX Documentation "update a hole table" method.
This method is working if user select a View as an Object to create a Hole Table.

Right-click the Hole Table Section and choose Update Hole Table.
The new hole appears in the table and is labeled in the view.
--------------
If user creates Hole Table by selecting the holes one by one, this method can't work.
User should select Hole Table-MB3-Edit, and select new created Hole to add it to the Hole Table.
