When creating a new item in NX11 using File > New, the field for "Name and Attributes", there are icons of "disc with padlock in front of it" for ID, Revision, and Name.
What does the icon mean?
Solution
This "disc with padlock in front of it" icon means it is locked when saved.
The attribute value cannot be modified once the atttribute has been saved with the item.
