If I select more than 5000 nodes and create a graph in "Evaluate Nodal Function 

Response" of Response Simulation, only 5000 graphs will be created. 

Is there a function to change limitation?

Solution

 You can only evaluate 5000 functions at a time. 

The limit was set to keep a user was blindly evaluating responses over the 

entire model, which could lead to a huge amount of functions. 

This is hard coded in Response Simulation
