User created Threaded Hole in modeling and Tap Drill Diameter is not displayed
after created Hole Callout Dimension in drafting.
Solution
To display Tap Drill Diameter we need to do below steps.
Steps:

1.Menu>>Insert>>Dimension.
2.Select Linear/Radial Dimension.
3.Set Method [Hole Callout]
4.Select settings>>Hole Callout.
5.And check ON: [Tap Drill Diameter] option to display Tap Drill Diameter.
