"System Studio Material" is not displayed on the Resource bar unless perform
"Studio Task" in NX11.
Solution
For a new part, the "System Scenes" and "System Studio Materials" palettes
are created the first time the user enters any of the High End Visualization
Render modes (True Shading, Advanced Studio, Ray Traced Studio) or the Studio
Task setup environment (which runs in Advanced Studio mode). This is working
as designed and is done this way because the contents of these palettes are
specifically relevant to High End Visualization.
