Changing the line width factor settings in the Printing (Windows Only) Customer
Defaults does not get set when printing from the Print dialog.
Solution
After changing the Customer Default line width factors and restarting NX,
go to File --> Print to open the print dialog. In the upper left corner of
the dialog, select the Reset button, then select OK to print.
The Print dialog uses "dialog memory" to store user settings from one use
of the dialog to the next. This behavior is unaffected if the user happens
to change customer default settings between uses. Clicking Reset discards
the settings stored in dialog memory, which causes dialog settings to be
initialized from default settings, which happen to be new default settings
in this case.
