NX X Arrangements are not imported to the last level of an assy structure

Arrangements are not imported to the last level of an assembly structure 
Customer has to perform Force save all after import to get the arrangement 
synced between NX and TC.

Solution

 Have the customer default "synchronize Assembly Arrangements" set to ON under 
File - Utilities - Customer Defaults - Teamcenter Integration for NX - General 
- Assembly section. 
Also toggle ON "Publish Optional Information" on the Import dialog under Other 
Parameters section. 
All the assembly structure would be in sync between NX and TC(All levels) with 
arrangement information during import assembly activity.
