If PTS application started from NX UI and if PTS template is once created,
it cannot be deleted as there is no option to delete the template.
Solution
To delete the PTS template use the menu item: Tools -> Knowledge Fusion ->
Remove All Rules.
This assumes that there are no other KF rules in the part that user want to
keep.
