NX X refile_err.log is not getting created in NX11 on executing nxrefile.bat

refile_err.log file is not getting created in NX11.0.1MP02 on executing 
nxrefile.bat for NX translation, if translation is successful. 
If there is any error in the translation, then it creates the refile_err.log 
file

Solution

 As per the new design change from NX11 onwards, creation of refile_err.log 
file is only for the errors and is has been stopped creating the same for 
successful refile operations.
