NX X Balloon diameter preference does not change in the balloon dialog

Changing the drafting preference for the Balloon diameter does not change in 
balloon dialog.

Solution

 The Balloon symbol dialog uses dialog memory to store the last used symbol 
size. Changing the symbol size in preferences will not affect the size 
that is stored in the dialog, unless the dialog memory is refreshed. The 
dialog memory can be refreshed by selecting the Reset button in the upper 
right corner of the dialog.
