The user has a Synchronous sheet metal part containing a flange. They want to
rotate this flange so that it is effectively flipped to the other side of the
bend to be orientated in the opposite direction. However the user is unable to
do this - why?
Solution
In Synchronous, flipping the bend to be on the other side is not allowed. In
Ordered mode, you can use change bend angle command to flip it.
