---------------
All Textboxes, Callouts, Dimensions, Ballons, Feature Control Frames are
exported to DXF/DWG with color white/black.
Why is this the case?

Solution

The DXF/DWG export color for texts and annotations is controlled by the
seacad.ini parameter "Export Annotation Color". The default value is "7"
which is white or black depending on the background color. The seacad.ini
file can be found in this folder:

"C:\Program Files\Solid Edge ST9\Preferences\Translators".

Do NOT modify the original seacad.ini file. Create your own file
e.g. seacad_CompanyName.ini.

This is a list of the most important AutoCAD color numbers:

1=red
2=yellow
3=green
4=cyan
5=blue
6=magenta
7=white/black

If you would like to export the original Solid Edge color of those elements
use the value "-1".
