Export Material to Library is not found in NX11 when using 

Manage Library Materials

Solution

 Starting NX11, the dialog box has changed.

In NX10 after starting Export Material to Library you had direct access to 

Export Material to Library 

Edit Library Material 

Delete Material From Library

In NX11, these options are accessible via Right Mouse Button after 

selecting the Material.
