Updating "Part List" even if 'Automatic Update' toggle is OFF.

Solution

 Operations performed on parts list as Insert New Row, Insert New Column, or 
changing any Settings of the part list updates the parts list even if 
'Automatic Update' toggle is OFF. The behavior is per design.
