Unable to start Life Cycle Assistant. It is returning an error regarding pending processes: Some Life Cycle Assistant actions were not completed. These actions must be completed before any new request can be considered. Clicking Cancel will clear this queue. Selecting Retry or Suspend will not work and the Cancel button is grayed out.
This will happen if you tried to Life Cycle a part that was open in Solid Edge causing the problem. Verify the part is closed and no longer checked out. Then delete the RFMSLca.tmp file located in the users Insight folder of his profile (C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid
Edge\Insight\Cookies([username]), and this should clear the problem.
