The middle mouse button is not behaving as expected and is *not* rotating the Solid Edge model as expected.
Solution
The behaviour of the middle mouse button in Solid Edge is controlled by the mouse settings at the operating system level.
The user must explicitly configure/define the mouse property settings to have the middle mouse button configured as a "middle button". If the user has configured the middle mouse button for some other function other than "middle button" then the middle button in Solid Edge will *not* behave as expected
and cannot be used for rotating in Solid Edge.
