If Solid Edge Options -> View 'Dynamically preview feature creation' is turned
OFF, then subsequently when creating an ordered cutout the process will stop.
After showing the direction of the cutout, the command will not proceed to the
next step ('Finish'). All following buttons will be grayed out.
Solution
Turn 'Dynamically preview feature creation' ON. Doing this whilst creating the
Cutout feature will cause the feature to be lost. Instead use 'CTRL+SHIFT+D' to
turn on 'Dynamically preview feature creation' temporarily.
