Program does not execute. Black screen then stops.
No splash screen.
Flexlm_diagnostics show license never being used.
Solution
Program was installed using Tecnomatix_13.0.2_x64.(msi).
Should have been installed with Setup.exe, but installed with setup.ini.
Program looks like it is installing.
All the prompts look correct.
Everything looks correct except it doesn't work.
It's easy to make this mistake if you do not have extensions turned on. The files look correct. But do not execute.
Fix:
Uninstall then reinstall using "Setup.exe".
