NX X Preventing The On-Context Toolbar Displaying When Selecting Points in NX

A popup toolbar is displayed whenever a point is selected in the NX graphics display.  How can this be disabled?

Solution

1. Select "Menu --> Tools --> Customize" and select the Commands tab
   
   
2. Select an existing point in the graphics display which opens two toolbars
   
   
3. Drag the icons on the toolbars into the Commands window to remove them from the popups until none are left
   
   
4. Close the Customize dialog.
