Using USE_EXISTING in export.clone file and export the description of the prt

(1)Make the export.clone file of the condition to export 2D and 3D.

Solution
If the UGMASTER is not exported then any non-master parts under the same
ItemRevision are not exported. There is no guarantee that the version of the
master on the OS corresponds to version in the database.
