While user creating Detail View, the Boundary of detail View is not displayed
in the Drawing Sheet.
Solution
User set work layer as an invisible in drawing sheet.
The detail view boundary is always creating in the work layer and Boundary
curves are related to the sheet not a View so Detail View Boundary is not
displayed in the sheet.
While creating detail view user always need to be take care the work layer is
set as a Visible to display the Boundary.
