The view by which a balloon was also highlighted.
Solution
The behavior is by design from NX2. Edit Levels highlights the views selected
for ballooning as a feedback to user (similar to showing what was selected in
Assembly Navigator) indicating what views were selected. De-selecting view has
no impact on balloons.
