Mouse wheel scroll does not work in Win10 + NX10
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a simple block in NX.
2. Right click on Block > Select from List
3. Quick Pick dialog will open.
Scroll the mouse wheel outside of the dialog.
The scroll doesn't work.
Solution
There is a new mouse wheel option introduced in Windows 10. Settings-
>Devices->Mouse & Trackpad. It's called "Scroll inactive windows when I
hover
over them."
When it is ON it interferes with NX mouse scroll feature over inactive
windows and thus should be turned OFF.
This should make the scroll work.
