Solution

 For the optical properties. There are 2 types of modeling objects: 

1. Thermo-Optical Properties 

2. Thermo-Optical Properties-Advanced 

Type 1 can be used with just NX ESC License 

Type 2 can be used with NX ESC + NX Advanced Thermal license.

The default migration path from IDEAS ESC + IDEAS TMG Radiation would be NX ESC 

+ NX Advanced Thermal.

So Thermo-Optical Properties-Advanced can be used upon migration.
