NX X How to change the preselection and selection colors in NX?

Some users may be color blind and cannot notice the difference between the default red (preselection) and orange (selection).

Solution

The following steps can be used to change the colors manually:

1. Go to File --> Preferences --> Visualization. 
2. Select [+] Color from the menu on the left of the Visualization Preferences dialog box.  The General sub category is selected where one can choose Geometry Colors for Preselection and Selection, amongst others.  Note also the Drawing Layouts sub category which also has Preselection and Selection color choices.
