Unable to Save an NX Part Files in NX That are Eccessively Large in Size.
Solution
Prior to and including NX9 the file size limit is slightly over 2GB (Two Gigabytes). Depending on the file's contents a size of 2.12 GB should be able to save, but this size can vary.
Starting in NX10, the file size has been increased to allow files up to 4GB (Four Gigabytes) in size.
There is no workaround in NX9 and earlier NX releases to increase the size limit.
Exceeding the file size limit in memory is possible while working in NX, but the part file will not save to disk until it is reduced to at or below the above values in all NX releases.
