Using class selection, the selection of groups is not possible
Solution
There is a specific customer default which controls this behavior:
File>Utilities>Customer Defaults
Gateway>General>Selection
Group selection enabled in class selection
This option specifies wether or not groups are amongst the selected object
types in the select by type subdialog of the class selection dialog box.
