Scroll mouse stopped working on full screen menus on Windows 10.
Solution
There is a new mouse wheel option introduced in Windows 10 :
Settings --> Devices --> Mouse & Trackpad.
It's called "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them."
When it is ON it interferes with NX mouse scroll feature over inactive windows and thus should be turned OFF.
