How can you resolve “Router error: Cannot connect to or start the application 
UG/Manager V27.0"


The problem was found to be in /ugs/installed_programs.dat which has the 
following entry for NX9:


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Unigraphics Solutions\Installed Applications] 
"Unigraphics V27"="/appls/ugs090/ugii/ugii"


It should have been " Unigraphics V27.0"



Solution

 Edit /ugs/installed_programs.dat, add .0 to "Unigraphics V27" 
It should look like example below:


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Unigraphics Solutions\Installed Applications] 
"Unigraphics V27.0"="/appls/ugs090/ugii/ugii"
