The section view which does not update has a problem with its manual boundary
definition. Views get update when we set boundary as auto but curves are
moving.
Solution
This behavior where section view cannot be updated is working as designed
because view has manual boundary and the geometry is moved outside the
view boundary. To update the view set the view boundary to automatic and
update.
