The behavior of the section/projected view has changed from NX 10.0.2.
[Insert] -> [View] -> [Section]/[Projected].
<Placement: Method> is set to the "hinge" by default.
Added New Hinge option to Placement method in View Origin group similar to
projected view dialog. Make Hinge default placement method i.e.,
Honor the Associative Alignment preference when it is on and make the
Hinge Method the initial value for section views.
If Associative Alignment preference is off, follow dialog memory, but
hinge can be the initial value rather than inferred.
