The behavior of the section and projected view has changed from NX 10.0.2.
[Insert] -> [View] -> [Section]/[Projected].
<Placement: Method> is set to the hinge by default.
The problem, if we have selected the "Hinge" as the selected method, we can
not use the "Align to hinge" option, change the same to Infered to get the
Align to Hinge option with MB3 selection.
Solution
When We launch section/ projected view dialog, change hinge placement method
to Infered and now use MB3 to select "Align to Hinge to place the view with
the freezed current location.
