NX Move The Position Of A Dimension's Value Between Its Extension Lines

Having inserted a dimension on a drawing how do you move the dimensions value so that it appears between the arrows.  This used to be called Manual Placement - Arrows Out/In.

Solution

1. Right click the dimension and select Settings. 
2. Expand [+] Line/Arrow from the list on the left. 
3. Select Arrowhead. 
4. In the section on the right titled Workflow uncheck Automatic Orientation. 
   Once unchecked you can manually place the dimension as desired.
