In Drafting, the border of views does not change color, and display as dashed lines, when defined as the activate sketch view.
Solution
The ability to display the current Active Sketch View, by changing the style of the border when activated, is controlled by the following Customer Default:
"File --> Utilities --> Customer Defaults --> Drafting --> General/Setup --> Standard (tab) --> Customize Standard". From within the Drafting Standards select "View --> Workflow" and under the Borders section check the option for "Always Show Active Sketch View".
This default is unchecked by default.
