How to Move origin of Sketch to a certain point.
Solution
Up on creation, see if you have set the "Sketch Origin", Origin point to "inferred", this allows the origin point to snap to the snapping points defined in your section tool bar (at the top).
Should the sketch already be created: use Reattach sketch:
Make sure the sketch is active (and you are working in it, double click the sketch) --> On the home tab --> in the "Direct Sketch" menu, select "more" --> Reattach, now you can change the plane and origin as you like.
