After adding a Balloon to an edge of a component, updating the parts list does
not update the balloon with the callout number in the Parts List.
Solution
One of the reason could be the Environment Variable is set for
"UGII_UPDATE_ALL_ID_SYMBOLS_WITH_PLIST=0". To verify if the variable is set. go to File --> Help -->
Log File and search for the Environment Variable. If it is set, have your
system administrator either delete that variable or change the value to 1.
