The default mouse wheel scrolling direction has changed in NX 10.0
Solution
After starting NX 10.0 you will soon realize that the direction of the mouse
scrolling is the opposite as it was in earlier versions of NX. This has been
done to comply and to be consistent with other softwares scrolling direction.
If you want to change it:
File --> Utilities --> Customer Defaults
Gateway --> View operations
Here you will find the option:
Direction : Forward to Zoom In
You can change it Backward to Zoom In
