How to quickly find the number of components in an assembly.
Solution
If the assembly is open in NX, the number of components can be found by
selecting the assembly; however, this will give a total number of items
selected (including the selected assembly, its subassemblies, and components).
1. In the Assembly Navigator, highlight the assembly.
2. 'MouseButton3-->Select Assembly.
3. The queue line will display how many components are selected.
This will be the total number of entities in the selected assembly. Keep in
mind, this number includes the selected assembly, all subassemblies, and all
components.
