NX PMI dimension is broken or clipped in a view break

When you inherit PMI dimensions into a drafting view and then create a view 
break, you see the dimension get clipped between the view break. Why and 
how to fix it?

Solution

 The reason the PMI dimension would get clipped between the view break because 
PMI was inherited inside the view, not onto the drawing sheet. It behaves the 
same as you created the dimension in the expanded view. If you inherit the PMI 
onto drawing sheet, then it will follow the behavior on drawing sheet which 
will not be clipped between view break.


To inherit PMI into the drawing sheet, you need to set the view preference as
below:
Aligned to Drawing (Entire Part) or Aligned to Drawing (View Only) with Show PMI on Drawing checked, so the PMIs would be on the drawing, not inside the view.
