Where does NX store Default Parts list template and how can I choose
a default Parts list to use
Solution
The default directory where NX stores the parts list template is
$UGII_BASE_DIR\UGII\table_files
The internal default parts list used is the same as
generic_parts_list_english.prt or generic_parts_list_metric.prt
To setup a different default parts list name go to:
File > Utilities > Customer Defaults >
Drafting > Annotation > Parts List > Template Name Native NX
Add the name of your parts list without the .prt extension
Eg: if your custom parts list is
$UGII_BASE_DIR\UGII\table_files\customer_parts_list.prt
Then just add the name customer_parts_list
