Solution

1. Load Specification_1 using "Component Fully Load" load option

2. Execute "File > Export > Part" using following options:
- Part Specification = Existing
- Specify Part = browse and select the UGMaster dataset
- Drawing Selection = highlight the drawing sheet
- OK the dialog to proceed with export

3. Save all files and close all files.

4. Load Specification_2 using "Component Fully Load" load option

5. Make UGMaster the Display Part. Notice sheet from Specification_1 now appears inside the UGMaster dataset.

6. Execute "File > Export >Part" using following options:
- Part Specification = Existing
- Specify Part = browse and select Specification_2
- Drawing Selection = highlight the drawing sheet
- OK the dialog to proceed with export

7. Use Display Parent inside Assembly Navigator to make Specification_2 the Work part now.

8. Activate Part Navigator, and select Second Sheet and perform "Open". This sheet is the sheet coming from Specification_1.
