NX When starting NX, get error: "ug.xla could not be found"

User attempts to start NX, but during startup an error is raised: "ug.xla could 
not be found"



Solution

 This particular error is almost always specific to a single *user* account.


Other user accounts will continue to work just fine.


But, just to make sure, log out of the problem account and log into any other. 
Usually, the same problem will not exist.


However, if it does, the fix described will have to be applied individually to 
both accounts.


To fix:


Start NX -> 
 Tools -> 
 Spreadsheet


to open a spreadsheet inside NX.


Exit Excel.


Now, Excel will start outside NX.


Repeat process for other user accounts if required.
