Add missing inbox indicator in AW

To see the Inbox indicator for unread messages in AW please check the following preferences.

Mail_internal_mail_activated = true
Specifies whether the Teamcenter internal mail functionality is available when using the notify workflow handler. Default value is false.
Valid Values:
* true: The Teamcenter internal mail functionality is available.
* false: The Teamcenter internal mail functionality is not available.

AWS_Inbox_Polling_Interval = 1 (default is 5)
Defines the frequency of polling (in minutes) to set a site level client polling mechanism for Inbox badge.
If the value is set to 0 (or a negative number), the inbox badge command is hidden.

Add “AWS_Inbox_Polling_Interval” to the list of values for this preference.
